Relationship Manager (RM) will coordinate the scheduling of the IPV meeting with client as per his availability.
Who can attend the IPV meeting on behalf of the company?
Any of the following individuals, officially associated with the corporate account, can attend the IPV meeting or RM would confirm who will join the call: • Authorized Person (AP) • Director • Partner • Trustee
What if account holders have technical difficulties joining the call?
The RM should try to check with client. If the problem cannot be resolved quickly, the IPV may need to be rescheduled.

The RM will coordinate with the team to resend the link.
