What is the minor name change process?

The following self-attested documents are required:

  • Minor Name Change Form

  • KRA Form

  • PAN Card copy

  • Aadhaar Card copy
    Additionally, these documents must be stamped with the RM IPV (In-Person Verification) stamp.

Please note, a minor name change refers to small modifications such as adding or expanding initials in a name. For example, changing “A. Kumar” to “Arun Kumar.”
