How client can change address in account (Online process )?

Client can change address by following these steps:-


Through WhatsApp:
Drop a "Hi" message to 9892691696 on WhatsApp through your registered number with IIFL Capital Services Ltd.
Main Menu >> Update Profile Details >> Option >> Email ID/Mobile number/Add Bank/Add Nominee details/Update address details

OR

Through Trading Terminal (TT) Web Portal:

2) Login using your credentials.
3) Click the dropdown arrow at the top-right corner.
4) Navigate to:
    Profile > Personal Details > Address (Change Request) > Correspondence / Permanent / Both Address
5) Follow the on-screen process:
 Proceed to DigiLocker
 Enter Aadhaar Number
 Enter OTP (sent to the Aadhaar-linked mobile)
 Enter DigiLocker PIN
 A KYC completed pop-up will appear – click “Okay”
 Click “Sign Now”
 Enter Aadhaar Number again
 Enter OTP to complete the process

OR

Through Mobile Application (IIFL Markets App):

1) Login to the IIFL Markets App
2) Tap the three parallel lines at the top-left corner (For IOS user>>Tap the “More” option on the right bottom corner)
3) Navigate to:
    Login ID > View and Edit Details > Personal Details > Address (Change Request) > Correspondence / Permanent / Both Address
4) Follow the on-screen process:
 Proceed to DigiLocker
 Enter Aadhaar Number
 Enter OTP (sent to the Aadhaar-linked mobile)
 Enter DigiLocker PIN
 A KYC completed
pop-up will appear – click “Okay”
 Click “Sign Now”
 Enter Aadhaar Number again
 Enter OTP
to complete the process
