How client can appoint a minor as a Nominee?

In case nominee is minor, name and address of the guardian of the minor nominee shall be provided by the beneficial owner. Copy of birth certificate of minor also needs to be submitted.


Below mentioned documents needs to be submitted for Guardian:-

1. Submit duly filled& signed Nomination form.

1. Submit Identity Proof of Nominee (PAN with photograph mandatory).


2. Submit Address Proof of Nominee Proof of Address (Passport/ Ration Card/ Registered Lease or Sale Agreement of Residence/ Driving License/ Flat Maintenance bill/Insurance Copy /Aadhaar Letter issued by Unique Identification Authority of India / Telephone Bill (only land line)/ Electricity bill/Gas bill/Bank Account Statement/Passbook – (Not more than 3 months old – as on date of receipt for documents).
