How to Change bank details? (offline process)

You can change/add the bank details offline now by following the below process:

1. Submit “Change in Bank details form” duly filled & signed by holder(s). 
2. Copy of Pan card and Aadhar card.
3. Copy of Cheque Leaf where the name(s) of the account holder(s) should be printed.
4. If the name(s) of the account holder(s) is not printed then self attested Bank Statement or updated passbook for last three months along with cancelled cheque leaf should be submitted.
