How client can change address in account (Offline process) ?

You can also update your address offline by following these steps:

1) Submit a Change in Account Details Form and a KRA Application Form (duly filled and signed by the account holder(s)).
2) For non-individual clients, ensure sections A, B, and C of the KRA form are completed.
3) Provide a self-attested copy of PAN Card (mandatory).
4) Submit a self-attested copy of proof of new address (any one of the following):

Passport
Driving License
 Voter ID
Aadhaar Card (self-attested)
Leave & License Agreement / Agreement of Sale
 Electricity Bill / Telephone Bill (not older than 2 months)
Identity card/document with address issued by government authorities
