Why client getting this toast message ‘ Account Locked , please try again in 15 mins’ ?
It means client have attempted to login using invalid PIN or invalid OTP for more than 3 times. Client can wait for 15 mins, or try login using a different method like OTP or Forgot PIN.
If client entering a Client ID, but it says Mobile/Email ID invalid, what can client do to login?
1) In this rare scenario, it means client have just completed account opening journey 2) Request client to retry in just a moment's time again, and client should be able to login successfully.
Why client not receiving an OTP?
Make sure client registered email address and mobile number are correct.
What if client Phone number or Email ID is registered to multiple accounts? Can client still login using them?
Yes, in this case, client will be prompted to enter PAN for whichever account client want to use.
Can Client Login to his IIFL Markets App using his Fingerprint / Face ID?
Yes, while login client can set up Fingerprint or Face ID or Pattern, (what ever client device lock is) Alternatively, client can set up device lock to enable quick login from Settings inside IIFL Markets App.
What if client forget Client ID , can client still login?
Yes, client can login using registered mobile number/email ID instead of Client ID
Do client need an OTP to login to IIFL Markets App?
Client only need to use OTP once for mobile device verification before setting up Biometric. Once client have entered OTP in a device, he/she do not need to enter it again, unless he/she is trying to login to a new mobile device.
Do client need a password to login to IIFL Markets App?
No, client would require password in case they logout of the app. For Daily login, the client would only require PIN or Device Lock.
How client can Login to IIFL Markets App?
Client can login to IIFL Markets App using any of one the following methods : Registered Mobile Number Registered Email ID Client ID After that, he/she need to use PIN or Device Lock ( Fingerprint, Face ID, Pattern) to login.
