Client forgot password. Please let me know process to reset the same.

Client can change password by following these steps-

Through IIFL Mobile App
1. Enter Client code
2. Click on 'Forgot password'
3. Enter your client code and pan number
4. Enter the OTP
5. After entering the OTP you will get an option to set a new password

Or

Through TT Web
2. Enter Client code
3. Click on 'Forgot password'
4. Enter your client code and pan number
5. Enter the OTP
6. After entering the OTP you will get an option to set a new password
