Please follow below process to change the password. 1. Login to https://ttweb.indiainfoline.com/trade or Mobile App. 2. Click on the Forgot Password option. This redirects you to a page that asks for three mandatory fields – Client ID, PAN number & Mobile Number. Post entering these, click on OK. 3. You will immediately receive the password on your registered mobile number. 4. You may login and change the password within 72 hrs. else; it will expire automatically; The changed password is valid till 90 days, post which it will expire.
You can now reset your trader terminal password online. Simply click on the 'Forgot Password' option to generate a new password or change your existing one.
