No, the client cannot place the order on behalf of his family.

Currently, Nifty 50 and Sensex 30 are automatically loaded and visible in the Market Watch section of the IIFL Markets Desktop (OmneNEST) EXE application.
How to place GTC and GTD order as the same is not showing in the GTC/GTD report?
GTC and GTD are available on EXE (commodity). GTT orders will be available on mobile app and web.

Research is available on the web platform, but not on the terminal. The terminal is intended for trading purposes only.
How to get the message bar in OmneNEST exe & web platform?
The message bar is available only on the IIFL Markets Desktop (OmneNEST) EXE application and is not supported on the web platform. To access it, click on the horizontal line at the bottom of the screen and drag it upwards.

Transaction password will no longer be required.
Is there only 5 user defined market watchlists available in the web platform?
Yes, like mobile, only 5 watchlists will be available.
Update in excel is working on not in the exe?
This feature is not available in the OmneNest EXE. Users will have to live with it.
Where can the user find the Option chain in OmneNEST - Web/Desktop?
OmneNEST Web: The Option Chain is available on the Home Dashboard under the name Option Chain. OmneNEST Desktop (EXE): The Option Chain feature is not available on the Desktop (EXE) version.
There is no predefined market available in the OmneNEST and web platforms. On the web platform, only one predefined watchlist — Nifty 50 — is available.

Indices was not saved in the exe
In OmneNEST Desktop (EXE), indices are saved automatically. If the indices are not visible, press Ctrl + I to display the Indices tab.
Is GTT order option available on OmneNEST platform?
No, the GTT (Good Till Triggered) order option is not available on the OmneNEST platform. Only GTC (Good Till Cancelled) and GTD (Good Till Date) order types are supported. The GTT order option is available only on the Mobile App and Web Platform.
The password does not expire in 15 days on the mobile and web platforms, but it does expire in 15 days in the exe version. Is it true?
Yes, password for both are different. However, do note that if EXE is blocked, mobile and web will also be blocked. 100 wrong password attempts are allowed on EXE.
Is there no provision to reset the transaction password if the transaction password gets expired in 15 days? Forget transaction password option was not available in the exe.
Transaction password is no-longer required.
If the user disconnects with the server, does he need to re-login the exe?
Such TT-like issues are not present in the OmneNest EXE.
