Procedure for PAN Modification in Demat Account

To initiate the PAN change request in your Demat account, kindly submit the following documents, duly self-attested by the client and verified by the Relationship Manager (RM):

  1. PAN Modification Form (Change in Account Details Form)
  2. KRA (KYC Registration Agency) Form
  3. Copy of New PAN Card
  4. Copy of Aadhaar Card

Please ensure that all documents are complete, clear,  self attested, and properly verified to facilitate smooth and timely processing of your request.

Please note that PAN modification is permitted only in the Demat account and cannot be carried out in the existing Trading account. To reflect the updated PAN details, the current trading account must be closed, and a new trading account needs to be opened and subsequently linked to the existing Demat account.
