Why is profile verification important?
Profile verification helps ensure that your personal and bank details are accurate and up to date, enabling smooth servicing of your investments.
Do I need to verify my profile details?
Yes. After logging into the Mutual Fund dashboard, you are requested to: Visit your Profile Page Review your personal and bank details Inform IIFL Capital immediately if you notice any discrepancy
What should I do if an SIP instalment is skipped?
There is no cause for concern. You may place an additional purchase in the same scheme to maintain continuity in your investment journey.
Is there a possibility of an SIP instalment getting skipped?
Yes. Since SIP migration may take up to 15 days, it is possible that one SIP instalment may be skipped during the transition period.
What is the status of my ongoing SIPs?
If you have ongoing SIPs: Your SIPs will continue to be managed by IIFL Capital through the BSE StAR MF platform, a SEBI recognized mutual fund platform. SIP migration to BSE StAR MF is currently in process.
Are my investments safe during the transfer?
Yes. There is nothing to worry about. Your investments remain safe and secure during the transfer process.
Why am I able to see only part of my portfolio right now?
Some AMCs have already initiated the transfer, while others are still in progress. You may start seeing your portfolio reflected gradually, as and when individual AMCs transfer the assets under IIFL Capital’s ARN/INZ code.
Has my mutual fund asset transfer from Niyo Money been completed?
No. The transfer of your mutual fund assets from Niyo Money to IIFL Capital is currently in process and is expected to be completed within the next 10 days.
Where can I view my mutual fund investments after login on client portal?
After logging in, click on the “Explore” menu at the top of the page and select the Mutual Fund tab to view your mutual fund investments and transactions.
How do I generate my password for first time login?
