The contract notes for your trades are generally processed and sent to your registered email ID within 24 hours of your trade. The time taken to process contract notes depends on when trade process files are received from the stock exchange.
So, if we experience a delay in receiving trade files from the exchange, then you will experience a delay in receiving the contract note.
Note: If you’re unable to find the contract note for an earlier date in your mailbox, you can follow the below steps to receive contract notes.
Through IIFL Markets Web Portal
2.Click the dropdown arrow in the top-right corner of the screen.
3.Select Reports.
4.Navigate to Account Related.
5.Click on Digital Contract Notes.
6.Select the contract type.
7.Click the Show button to view the contract note.
8.The contract notes will be displayed, and you can download them as required
Through Mobile App or Ask IIFL
1. Login to IIFL Mobile App &
2. Click on three lines at the top left corner
3. Click on More
4. Click on Ask IIFL
5. Select My Report.
6. Select Contract Notes.
7. Select segment for which you want contract notes.
8. Select duration for which you want contract notes.
9. Select Send on Email.
You will receive required contract notes on your registered Email Id.
