Why Document handling charges are getting charged in my client account?
Document handling charges levied on your client account are for generating physical contract notes, client can deactivate the physical contract note mode online. Please inform them to follow these steps:
1. Login to our trading website
2. Click on My Account
3. Click on My Profile
4. Click on My Details
5. Click on Other Details
6. Select Contract Note Mode Digital
Kindly note in case we observe that emails are not delivered to the client due to an invalid email ID registered in our records, a physical contract note will be sent, and the charges will be debited in your ledger.
