Why client didn't received his funds as client have already placed his Withdraw request?
If a withdrawal request is raised before 4:00 P.M. on a working day, the funds will be deposited into client registered bank account with us by same day End of Day .(Excluding Algo/Greek and XTS traded customer).
For Algo/Greek/XTS clients, request placed before 8.30 am will be processed on same day. If any request is placed thereafter till 4.00 pm would be processed only for non-traded customer on same day, rest will be processed on next working day.
However, withdrawal request received after 4:00 P.M on a working day will be deposited into client registered chosen bank account on next working day.
