Which categories of clients are allowed to register for TSBM?
A
client will only be eligible for switching to TSBM if the client meets all the
below requirements:
Resident
individuals and Hindu Undivided Families (HUFs) who settle their trades
with IIFL Securities. If such a client has appointed a Custodian clearing
member to clear their trades, they will not be eligible to avail this
Facility.
Segments
other than Cash should be disabled, there should NOT even be any segment
modification request.
Trading
Ledger should NOT be in debited.
BNPL Ledger
should NOT be in debited.
The request
should NOT be for a NRE/NRO client.
The client should
NOT be trading via XTS or Greek or Omnenest.
The client’s
Name, DOB, PAN and father’s name should match with the PAN API.
The client
should NOT be in Voluntary Freeze.
If a
client does not meet all the above requirements, the fund switch request will
be rejected.

Which Clients are treated as Dormant
Client who has not done any trade or transactions in last 365 days are treated as Dormant Clients and such clients are not able to trade unless same is removed from dormancy.
