  If an order placed by client is rejected, the reason behind the rejection can be checked in Order Book. The reasons can range from insufficient margin, incorrect order inputs, scrips not available for trading etc

  You can check the freeze reason of client in AAA>Reports>Freeze Detail and fulfill the requirement accordingly. Or you can raise the query in AAA>Activation and Modification>Freeze-Unfreeze (third level to be selected as per requirement)
