After you a buy a share, it will take T+1 day to be visible in your Holdings. Till then, it will be visible in your Positions tab.
(Eg, if you buy a stock on Monday, it should reflect in your Holdings on Tuesday)

Note:
Your shares will be credited to your demat account in Trading day +2 days. (Eg, if you buy a stock on Monday, it will be credited to your demat account by Wednesday) Even though, it will be visible in your holdings, it will be part of IIFL pool and not your demat account.
