What is the process for Client Group Change ?
Kindly guide client to mail to "cs@iifl.com" from his/her registered email id mentioning his/her requirement including New Sub broker code/RM code
OR
Sub Partner/Relationship Manager can also raise a request in AAA help attaching the scan images of Group Change letter under Fan Team>>FAN Modification>>Group Change Process
The department will review and if client is eligible for group change as per group change policy then it will be processed as per Turn Around Time of 4 working days.
