What is the process for Client Group Change ?
To proceed with the group change, kindly guide the client to mail "cs@iiflcapital.com" from his/her registered email ID, mentioning his/her requirement, including the new sub-broker code/RM code.
OR
The sub-partner/relationship manager can also raise a request in AAA help, attaching the scan images of the group change letter under Fan Team>> FAN Modification>> Group Change Process
The department will review, and if the client is eligible for group change as per the group change policy, then it will be processed as per the turnaround time of 4 working days.
