What is Rematerialization of securities?/What is the process for Rematerialization?

Rematerialization is the process of converting securities held in electronic (Demat) form into physical share certificates. After successful processing, physical certificates are issued in the shareholder's name.

Please submit a duly filled & signed by account holder(s) Remat Request form to the below-mentioned address:

Can download the Re-materialization Request form (RRF) from the below link or coordinate with Relationship Manager or branch for the Remat Request form.


Further, for re-materialization of shares, charges are calculated as below:

Per certificate Rs. 15/- Or 15/- per 100 shares (whichever is higher) + postal charges Rs 40/- per request.

The rematerialization process generally takes up to 30 days, subject to verification and processing by the Depository, issuer company, and Registrar & Transfer Agent (RTA).
