What is the process if client validated the KRA but still unable to trade?
- Once the KRA Validation is done by the client, after validation, the client will be able to trade in one or two days.
- Kindly inform the client to contact our customer service (email-cs@iiflcapital.com or Dial 022 -40071000) you are unable to trade after 2 days of KRA validation.
- Such a request will be raised to KRA and KRA will in turn send updates to exchanges and depositories to unfreeze.
