>> Subject Head FAN Team, Sub Subject-FAN Modification, Third Level Drill down- FAN Email id & contact updation and attach the related Proof. The Department will update the status in the ticket accordingly.
>> Required documents are Pan card of Franchise>>> Address proof of Franchise >>> Education of Franchise
