How to update/change mobile number?

You can update contact details by following below steps -

Through IIFL Markets Web Portal :-

1.Login to https://markets.iiflcapital.com/home
2.Click on the dropdown arrow at the top right corner > Profile > Personal Details.
3.Click on edit to change the mobile number.
4. Follow the steps-
  1. Select declaration
  2. Enter OTP (sent to your new mobile number/ email id)
  3. Proceed to e-sign
  4. Follow on-screen instructions to complete the process
Through IIFL Markets Mobile App:-

1. Login to mobile app.
2. Click on hamburger menu (Three horizontal line at the top left corner)
3. Click on View / Manage  Profile 
4. On My Profile page click on personal details  
5. Click on edit to change the mobile number
6. Follow the steps-
  1. Select declaration
  2. Enter OTP (sent to your new mobile number/ email id)
  3. Proceed to e-sign
  4. Follow on-screen instructions to complete the process.
Through  WhatsApp:- 

  1. Open WhatsApp Send Hi to 9892691696 from the registered mobile number 
  2. Wait for the automated reply
  3. From the menu, choose:
    • Main Menu
    • Update Profile Details
    • Select the relevant Option
    • Choose Email ID or Mobile number (whichever you want to update)
  4. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the update
