How to reset the password?

We would like to inform you that you can follow the below-mentioned steps to generate a password online:

Through IIFL Markets Web Portal-

1. Visit https://markets.iiflcapital.com/home

2. Login to IIFL markets

3. Click on Change /Forgot Password

4. Enter the Client ID and Pan Number

5. Click on GET OTP

6. Enter the OTP received on mobile / email

7. Enter new password and confirm password and click on set password

Through Mobile App-

1. On Welcome Page Click on 'Forgot password'.

2. Enter PAN Card details and Client ID / Mobile no / Email ID and click on continue

3. Enter the OTP received on mobile or email

4. Enter new password and confirm password and click on set password
