How to Change my Trade Name (Individual to proprietor )�?
Login to AAA and use AAA help and ticket can be raised using below tagging:
Subject Head FAN Team, Sub Subject-FAN Modification, Third Level Drill down- FAN Address Updation and attach the related Proof and mention in subject line as Trade Name Change. The Department will update the status in the ticket accordingly.
Required documents are Pan card of Franchise>>> Address proof on firm Name>>> Education of Franchisee>>> Trade name change undertaking with Firm seal and franchise signature.
Note : - In case of Individual to Proprietor name change Franchise has to provide Change of Address format too along with firm seal and signature if his/ her firm address is differ than earlier registered address.
Trade Name Change undertaking is available in AAA login>More>Utilities>Forms & Formats>Forms for Partners
