How does KRA validation impacts trading for new and existing accounts?

All new accounts are opened with inactive status and trading rights are given to clients only post KRA is validated.

For existing accounts – KRA, exchanges and depositories has frozen all existing accounts which are on hold/rejected KRA status. Such accounts are unfrozen by exchanges/depositories once KRA is validated.
