How to apply for Offer For Sale (OFS)?

Please follow below process to apply for Offer for sale (OFS). 

Through the IIFL Markets Mobile App


  1. Log in to the IIFL Markets App.
  2. Tap the Hamburger Menu located on the left side.
  3. Select Investment Opportunities.
  4. Click on Offer for Sale (OFS).

Through the IIFL Markets Web Portal

  1. Log in to your account at markets.iiflcapital.com.
  2. On top Menu click on explore option 
  3. Select More Options.
  4. Choose Offer for Sale.
 Note - For Offline Customers -  Customers operating through the offline channel may place their OFS bids with the assistance of their assigned dealer.
