How can I activate my Dormant account?

As per exchange norms your account gets restricted for trades if you have not transacted for more than 24 months.

To reactivate your account, click below and follow the steps mentioned below

Through Mobile App (IIFL Market App)-
  1. Login to IIFL Market app
  2. Click on Hamburger Menu
  3. Click on Client code
  4. Click on View/edit detail
  5. Click on personal detail
  6. Fill all missing details
  7. Submit the FATCA declaration

Through IIFL Markets Web Portal -

  1. After successful login, you may verify and confirm the profile details provided
  2. Click on the dropdown arrow on the top right corner > Profile > Personal Details
  3. If any detail is found incorrect or missing, we request you to update the details and select ‘Allow consent and submit'
  4. Submit the FATCA declaration
  5. You will have to logout and re-login. You will get 'Allow consent' option.
  6. We wish to inform you that upon successful confirmation of Dormant account, you will be able to place orders after 72 hours.
