How client can get contract note?

How client can get contract note?

A contract note is sent to the client registered email id for all the trades done on a particular day by the end of the day. Please ask the client to check email to access the contract note.

Client can also follow the below steps to receive contract notes.

Through changed  IIFL Markets Web Portal

2.Click the dropdown arrow in the top-right corner of the screen.
3.Select Reports.
4.Navigate to Account Related.
5.Click on Digital Contract Notes.
6.Select the contract type.
7.Click the Show button to view the contract note.
8.The contract notes will be displayed, and you can download them as required


Through Mobile App or Ask IIFL

1. Login to IIFL Mobile App
2. Click on three lines at the top left corner
3. Click on More
4. Click on Ask IIFL
5. Select My Report.
6. Select Contract Notes.
7. Select segment for which you want contract notes.
8. Select duration for which you want contract notes.
6. Select Send on Email.

Clients  will receive required contract notes on registered Email Id.
