How client can change email address in account?

Client can change the email address by following these steps-


Through IIFL Mobile App

1.Login to Mobile App.

2.Click on 3 lines available on top left corner

3.Click on your Login ID

4.Click on view and edit profile
5.Select My Profile.

6.Click on edit to change the email id.

7.Type your new email id and confirm it.

8. Follow the steps-
  • Select declaration
  • Enter OTP (sent to your new mobile number/ email id)
  • Proceed to e-sign
  • Follow on-screen instructions to complete the process

Through TT Web

1.Login to https://ttweb.indiainfoline.com/Trade/Login.aspx

2.Click on the dropdown arrow at the top right corner > Profile > Personal Details.

3.Click on edit to change the email id.

4.Update new and Confirm email id.

5. Follow the steps-
  • Select declaration
  • Enter OTP (sent to your new mobile number/ email id)
  • Proceed to e-sign
  • Follow on-screen instructions to complete the process
