How client can change email address in account?

Client can change the email address by following these steps-


Through IIFL Mobile App

1.Login to Mobile App.

2.Click on 3 lines available on top left corner

3.Click on your Login ID

4.Click on view and edit profile
5.Select My Profile.

6.Click on edit to change the email id.

7.Type your new email id and confirm it.

8. Follow the steps-
  • Select declaration
  • Enter OTP (sent to your new mobile number/ email id)
  • Proceed to e-sign
  • Follow on-screen instructions to complete the process

Through IIFL Markets Web Portal

1.Login to https://markets.iiflcapital.com/home

2.Click on the dropdown arrow at the top right corner > Profile > Personal Details.

3.Click on edit to change the email id.

4.Update new and Confirm email id.

5. Follow the steps-
  • Select declaration
  • Enter OTP (sent to your new mobile number/ email id)
  • Proceed to e-sign
  • Follow on-screen instructions to complete the process
For updating your details offline, please follow the process below:

  • Submit a duly filled and signed Change in Account Details Form, along with a self-attested ID proof of account holder(s).
  • Attach a self-attested copy of a valid ID proof of account holder(s).
  • You may submit these documents at your nearest branch, or courier them to the address below
