How client can update additional contact number in account ?

Client can update  contact number by following the steps below :

Through Mobile App

1. Login to mobile app.
2.Click on hamburger menu (Three horizontal line at the top left corner)
3.  Click on login id
4. Click on view/edit details
3.Select My Profile > Personal Details
4.Update  additional number by clicking edit phone number option
5.Client need to type his/her phone number and confirm phone number.
6. Follow the steps-
  • Select declaration
  • Enter OTP (sent to your new mobile number/ email id)
  • Proceed to e-sign
  • Follow on-screen instructions to complete the process
Through TT Web

1.Login to TT Web
2.Click on dropdown arrow at the top right corner > Profile > Personal details
3.Update  additional number by clicking the edit phone number option
4.Need to type  phone number and confirm phone number.
5. Follow the steps-
  • Select declaration
  • Enter OTP (sent to your new mobile number/ email id)
  • Proceed to e-sign
  • Follow on-screen instructions to complete the process
