Can client choose/change the Running account authority online?

Can client choose/change the Running account authority online?

Client can activate Running Account Authorization through Mobile App or TTweb.


For Mobile App:-

Step 1: Click on the Hamburger Menu and then your client code

Step 2: Click on view/edit details

Step 3: Visit My Account> Profile > My Details

Step 4: Select option Once in a Quarter or Once in a Month.

Step 5: Accept Terms and Conditions and Click Submit.


For TT:-

Step 1: Login to TT > Visit My Account> Profile > My Details

Step 2: Click on Running A/c Authorization on left side of screen.

Step 3: Select option Once in a Quarter or Once in a Month.

Step 4: Accept Terms and Conditions and Click Submit.


**Important note: **

1.Facility to update Running Account Authorization would be appearing to only Non Running Account Authorization client.

2.Facility is only available in client’s login; RM cannot update on behalf of client.
